Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to actively manage our Luxury Custom Home Building Projects. We require a person that can get the job done (from Start to Finish) on time & within budget while also focusing on building & maintaining the relationship with the client.
- You will need to ensure that these homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings.
- You will allocate Materials and Trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of our projects.
- Regularly inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship.
- Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with WH&S; legislation.
About you:
- Training & Experience working as a Carpenter/Builder
- A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes in a timely manner.
- Strong people management skills - with the ability to prioritise work and multitask.
- The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner.
- Considerable knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to the building of residential homes.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for Luxury Homes.
- Ability to maintain a consistent and very high standard of work at all times.
- Safety mindset.
- Energy, Enthusiasm, Eagerness, and a Positive attitude will be nice too.
