You’ve been a digital marketer for years, are confident running Google and Meta Ads, and have a strong grasp of reporting, ads management, email, websites, AI and SEO.

Don’t know it all? That’s fine. You just need to learn super fast with support from our experienced team of mentors.

Our team includes people recognised by Google as top Google Ads advertisers, marketers with Masters degrees and even a Chartered Accountant in the mix. We’re a bunch of nerds disguised as cool kids, geeks at heart.

Expect The Following:

As a key member and keyboard warrior on our marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in client and account management, supported by hands-on digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Client relationship and account management
- Reporting, analysis and communicating results
- Marketing strategy and campaign planning
- Google and Meta Ads optimisation (and others)
- Copywriting and content direction
- Creative direction and briefing
- Identifying opportunities across email, websites, AI and SEO
- Working collaboratively with specialists across our wider team

When:

Monday‑Friday. Minimum 3 days in the office with 2 optional days (work from home). You must have an excellent at‑home internet connection and an at‑home office working environment.

Where:

Our office and creative studio are located just off the highway in Tweed Heads, between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay.

The role is well suited to someone living around:

- Tweed Heads
- The Gold Coast
- Cabarita Beach and the Tweed Coast
- Northern New South Wales
- The Byron Bay region

We do have remote Australian team members. However,



we will almost certainly prioritise strong candidates who can work from our Tweed Heads headquarters each week.

Why:

We're growing fast. We have a waitlist until September, and our creative and performance marketing divisions are expanding. We need another experienced digital marketer who can help us look after our clients, improve their strategies and keep work moving cleanly through the team.

Gravitate Digital is diverse in backgrounds and the team comes from all walks of life. We are a 100% Australian team with no offshore workers.

We run weekly training sessions with our team, having consultants come in for all kinds of reasons so that you can keep a finger on the pulse with digital evolutions. Everything from SEO, Ads, Email and even sales consultants running lunch and learns.

We have been a 1% for the Planet Member and are currently supporting endometriosis and men's mental health as our two causes we care most about this year. Giving a portion of all our revenue to charities we believe in.
