SA Health invites applications for a part time RN2 Clinical Liaison Nurse role within Drug and Alcohol Services SA (DASSA), coordinating seamless care transitions between hospital and community settings for patients with substance use disorders.

Reporting to the Manager Central Services, you will lead nursing care on the CLS, monitor care plans, liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to teaching, auditing and service improvement on an ongoing basis.
