- Managing purchase and sale matters
- Preparing and reviewing contracts
- Speaking with clients, agents, brokers, banks and other conveyancers
- Ordering and reviewing property searches
- Preparing settlement figures and adjustments
- Preparing and managing PEXA workspaces
- Completing Revenue NSW and stamp duty requirements
- Following up documents and outstanding matters
- Keeping clients updated throughout their matter
- Making sure important dates and deadlines are met
About you
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple files at the same time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional manner
- Licensed Conveyancers should hold a current NSW Conveyancer Licence
- Experience with PEXA and conveyancing software is preferred
