Accounts Officer

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Griffith, NSW

Flavourtech is seeking an organised and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processing and general administration. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple priorities and supporting the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and issue customer invoices across multiple business entities

- Receipt and reconcile incoming customer payments

- Distribute debtor statements and follow up outstanding accounts

- Respond to customer and supplier account enquiries

- Process supplier invoices and payment batches

- Reconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

- Obtain and track payment approvals

- Prepare and upload ABA payment files

- Process international payments

- Manage vendor onboarding and verification through Eftsure

- Code corporate credit card transactions in FlexiPurchase

- Share reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors

- Coordinate banking and mail

- Provide administrative support, including job share of reception duties.

About you





To succeed in this position, you will have:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or a similar finance role

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence using accounting and administrative systems

- Experience with Epicor, FlexiPurchase or similar systems will be highly regarded

- A high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information
