Transport & Logistics Administrator - AM & PM Shifts

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Transport & Logistics Administrators to join our team in Erskine Park.

Location: Erskine Park
Roster: Monday to Friday
Employment: Full-time hours on casual rates
Pay Rate: From $38 per hour (AM Shift) | $41 per hour (PM Shift)

We have multiple positions available across both AM and PM shifts, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration, data entry and transport/logistics experience.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across transport and logistics functions, including:

- Excel data entry and reporting
- Load planning and scheduling
- LOSCAM docket management
- Invoicing and general administration support
- Preparing manifests and transport documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered correctly
- Supporting day‑to‑day transport and warehouse operations

About You





The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or administration
- Solid Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Previous experience with transport documentation, scheduling or invoicing will be highly regarded
