Sofitel Brisbane Central in Brisbane city is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and robust financial performance. You will lead and coach Outlet Managers, manage P&L;, budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Operations, Marketing and Finance to align initiatives.

You will drive menu engineering, optimise labour productivity, maintain brand standards and deliver premium guest experiences
