About the Chance

We are currently seeking professional, reliable and customer-focused Retail Security Officersto join our team across multiple retail sites.

We have opportunities available forFull-Time, Part-Time and Casual Security Officers, with positions available at multiple locations around the Southeast and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Deliver exceptional security services while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Guard, patrol, and monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and prevent loss or damage
- Control and manage access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted entry
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations
- Identify, assess, and address potential security risks or hazards
- Conduct regular surveillance through patrols and monitoring systems (e.g., CCTV)
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records and data logs
- Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services when required
- Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Provide assistance to customers and staff while maintaining a secure environment

Key Selection Criteria





We’re looking for candidates who:

- Must HAVE Security License
- Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Have proven experience in the security industry
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential

- Full Time Rosters (12 hour rotating roster)
- Part Time Rosters
