Business Development Manager at Mk2 Recruitment

We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

About the Role:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team to ensure efficient, protected, and compliant warehouse operations supporting a busy remote mining site. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a proactive attitude and strong logistical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receivables, dispatch, inventory, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Lead and support a team of Warehouse Officers
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage equipment/material deliveries
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and other site departments

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous supervisory or leading hand experience in a warehouse/logistics role
- FIFO and mining experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively
