About the Role

As an Enforcer Installer, you will be responsible for completing installation works safely, efficiently and to Enforcer’s high standards of quality.

You will work across a variety of customer and construction sites installing Enforcer’s range of car park, traffic and industrial safety products. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed in full, on time and in accordance with site and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install bollards, wheel stops, barriers, bike racks, speed humps and other traffic and safety products.
- Measure, mark out and prepare installation areas.
- Complete installations according to plans, specifications and job instructions.
- Operate power tools and installation equipment safely.
- Identify and report site issues or variations before proceeding.
- Pick and pack products and materials required for installation jobs.
- Cut and prepare stair nosing as required.
- Load, transport and unload products, tools and equipment.
- Take completion photos and provide required job information.
- Maintain a clean,



organised and safe work area.
- Represent Enforcer professionally when dealing with customers, builders, site supervisors and contractors.
- Take ownership of the quality and completion of allocated jobs.

Must Have

- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Construction White Card.
- Own reliable and suitable vehicle for installation work.
- Own appropriate tools and equipment.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical and manual work.
- Ability to travel to different sites as required.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Robust commitment to safety and quality.

Highly Regarded

- Previous construction, installation or trade experience.
- Experience installing bollards, barriers, car park equipment or similar products.
- Forklift licence.
- Working at Heights certification.
- First Aid certification.
