Southport Sharks is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead our organisation-wide approach to risk, compliance and governance on the Gold Coast. This senior, hands-on role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works across Club, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Health Club, Football and corporate operations.

You will build a proactive framework, maintain risk registers, lead AML/CTF governance and WHS governance, and provide insightful reporting to executives and the board.
