South West TAFE is seeking a Learning Success Facilitator on a casual basis to provide literacy and numeracy coaching for students across Colac and Portland campuses. The role focuses on helping students stay current with course work and reach literacy and numeracy targets.
The position involves working with teachers, the TEM, and the LST Team Leader to maximise student success, with tutoring offered in classroom settings, small groups, or one-on-one, either in person or online.
