Design & Build Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW

Joining a close-knit, highly team-oriented Pre-Construction & Submissions team, you will drive the end-to-end visual layout, compliance, and document coordination for high-value tenders.

You will focus on creating high-impact, visual submissions that highlight design quality, innovation, and the capability of a growing construction business.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Storytelling & Graphic Layout: End-to-end design and formatting of EOI, RFI, and RFP submissions using Adobe InDesign.
- SME Collaboration: Working directly with Project Directors, Estimators, and Design Managers to extract win themes and technical content.
- Content Library Management: Maintaining a modern, high-quality repository of capability statements, CVs, methodology templates, and project case studies.

- Bid Management & Coordination: Developing bid matrices,



tracking deadlines, enforcing compliance, and managing submission schedules.
- SME Collaboration: Working directly with Project Directors, Estimators, and Design Managers to extract win themes and technical content.
- Content Library Management: Maintaining a modern, high-quality repository of capability statements, CVs, methodology templates, and project case studies.

About You

You are an experienced Bid Specialist who thrives when given creative autonomy and realistic submission timelines. You enjoy translating complex technical information into sleek, professional layout designs.

- Proven track record coordinating tenders within mid-tier or Tier-1 construction space (new build experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Strong eye for visual layout, typography, document hierarchy, and attention to detail under deadline.
- A proactive team player who values work-life balance, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
