Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a hands-on Customer Support Officer to join the Shutters Department in a rapidly growing e-commerce and made-to-measure window furnishings division. You will guide customers from measuring and product selection through to ordering and installation, acting as a central hub for order tracking and logistics coordination.
