About the Role
As our lead Kindergarten Teacher, you will design and deliver an engaging, play-based educational curriculum tailored to our mixed 3yo and 4yo/5yo cohort. You will foster a safe, inclusive workplace where our local children can thrive, learn, and build strong foundations for school. 20 hours of Teaching time and 10 hours program planning time per week
Hours: 30 hours per week (Part-Time) Option for additional hours
Award/Remuneration: Paid under the VECTEA (Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educators Agreement) with full entitlements - paid school holidays!
Financial Support:
Access to up to $21,000 in Victorian Early Childhood Location Incentives/Relocation Support for eligible qualified teachers moving or relocating to the area

Key Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognized Qualified ECT status
- Registration: Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (Early Childhood or dual)
- Compliance: Up-to-date compliance documentation (First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Safe Standards requirements - Gekko Training)
- References: 2 professional references who can directly attest to your teaching practice and experience working with children
