Macmahon is seeking a Dispatch Operator to coordinate mining equipment and personnel across the Byerwen Mine Project. You’ll monitor fleet performance, capture production data and support the daily mine plan with a focus on safety and efficiency.
You will work with production supervisors to ensure targets are met, using the Modular Fleet Management System and strong communication with operators and stakeholders. This role requires prior mining dispatch experience and a team-oriented mindset.
