About our Marion Street campus

About the role

I need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.

As Campus Director , you will lead the people, performance,qualityand operations of the campus. Where applicable, you will also act as Nominated Supervisor.

Whatyou'llbring

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.

- Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.

- Knowledge of the NQF, child protectionlegislationand compliance.

- Ability to manage operations, people, performance,qualityand risk.

- Leadership, coaching,communicationand decision-making skills.

- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
