We’re currently partnering with a small family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business experiencing growth and looking to expand their team. This could suit you if you:

- Have cleaning experience and looking for a consistent and supportive environment, or
- Are looking for your next step, build your leadership skills and grow within a local business. Full training is provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to exceptionnal customer service.

In this role, you will:

- Work in a team of 2, across residential, NDIS and holiday homes
- Maintain high standards across all cleans
- Build strong relationships with clients

What’s on Offer

- $35-$40/hour depending on experience
- Working hours between 8am - 3.30pm
- Consistent, ongoing work
- All equipment and uniform provided (small weekly fee applies)
- Clear progression into senior roles

About You

- Cleaning experience (NDIS, residential, or similar) preferred
- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team
- Confident in a customer-facing environment
- ABN (or willing to obtain one )
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
