ESKA is a seafood-focused restaurant at The Oxley, Mermaid Beach, seeking a Chef de Partie to run an assigned kitchen section under the Sous Chef and Head Chef. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to ESKA’s high standards, with attention to seafood quality and presentation.
The role requires strong culinary skills, organisation and HACCP knowledge, and the ability to guide junior kitchen staff in a fast-paced workplace. Full-time on the Gold Coast.
