Full-Time | Leadership Role

Join our Stepz Fitness team in Narellan! We’re seeking a dedicated individual who can oversee our new premium facility. This is a gym managerial role. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time gym Manager / Fitness Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive membership growth.

At Stepz Fitness, we combine 24/7 gym access with functional group training under one roof. As the Gym Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team and inspire our members to achieve their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 + Functional Group Training fitness club
- Sales & Growth
- Lead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Drive membership growth and retention.
- Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers and staff
- Maintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness, and compliance




- Deliver and lead functional group training sessions where required
- Ensure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focused

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales Manager
- Strong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer service
- Confident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floor
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends
- Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills
- Self-motivation with a passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Prior experience in a 24-hour gym is a plus, but not required
