Room Leader / Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) - Central Coast
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Room Leader to lead our Pre-School room in a full time, permanent position within a warm, welcoming and community-focused early learning service on the Central Coast.

About the Role
- Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Lead and mentor educators within your room.
- Support the ongoing development and learning of children in line with the EYLF.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and centre policies.
- Contribute positively to the centre's inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture.
- Work closely with the wider team to provide high-quality outcomes for children and families.
About You
To be successful,
you will have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Previous experience as an ECT, Room Leader or in a similar leadership position.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
