About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and compassionate Safeguarding Support Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support to our Safeguarding Team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll coordinate the intake and monitoring of safeguarding matters, maintain compliance records and reporting systems, support investigations and reviews, and contribute to the ongoing development of child-secure practices across Catholic Education Tasmania.

You’ll Demonstrate
- Experience in high-level administration, coordination or case management support
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record management skills
- Confidence managing confidential and sensitive information
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
- An understanding of child safety, safeguarding principles and legislative obligations (highly regarded)
