Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a detail-oriented Home Care Billing & Claims Officer to join our Revenue & Billing team at the Epping Head Office. This full time role focuses on Medicare claiming, billing for private and brokerage clients, and accurate client record keeping using AlayaCare and other systems.

You will collaborate with Home Care, Finance, Rostering and Systems teams while liaising with Services Australia and external providers.
