Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Manager with robust Workers Compensation experience to support our Medical Review program on a part-time basis.

You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure systems, processes and technology solutions effectively support the delivery of Workers Compensation and Medical Review services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technology leadership across the Medical Review program

- Work closely with Workers Compensation and operational stakeholders

- Support system enhancements, technology projects and process improvements

- Translate business and Workers Compensation requirements into technology solutions

- Manage technology issues, risks and dependencies

- Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners

- Support governance, compliance and system performance

- Provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders

About You

- Strong Workers Compensation industry experience is essential

- Understanding of Workers Compensation claims, medical review and related processes

- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

- Experience delivering technology improvements within a complex or regulated environment

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
