We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and patient focused team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will bring advanced clinical expertise, sound critical thinking, and a robust commitment to delivering safe, high quality care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, respond swiftly to deteriorating patients, and contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, advanced therapies, and complex interventions
- Perform comprehensive assessments, identify clinical deterioration, and initiate timely and appropriate interventions
- Safely manage advanced technologies including ventilators, invasive lines, haemodynamic monitoring, and continuous infusion therapies
- Contribute to rapid response and emergency situations with confidence and clinical precision

About You

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an ICU or high-dependency unit
- Advanced clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations




- A commitment to patient-centred care, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Post graduate certificate course in Critical care is highly considered
