About 365 Rehab
365 Rehab is changing what it means to work as a Consultant. As an independent provider, you won't be confined to one service type or one injury type on repeat. You'll typically have a lot of variability, work across Same Employer and New Employer Services, seeing genuine variety in your caseload across different schemes of Workers Compensation or CTP. Unless of course, you'd rather specialise. That's your call.
About the Role
We're specifically looking for a junior Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist (other allied health disciplines considered), registered with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA, to join a small team, one that's empowered to use clinical judgement and evidence-based practice, without unreasonable KPIs dictating how you work. No prior occupational rehab experience needed — we'll train you.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload spanning Same Employer and New Employer Services, primarily physical injuries, in both Workers Compensation and CTP Schemes in NSW.
Conducting a range of occupational health assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations and Workplace Assessments, with senior support as you build confidence.
Developing and implementing individualised rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
Liaising directly with clients, employers, insurers, and treating health professionals.
Setting clear,
measurable goals and monitoring client progress against agreed outcomes.
Participating in case conferences and providing timely, accurate reporting.
Writing reports and maintaining case documentation (with all the efficiencies available).
Delivering actual client-centred, outcomes-focused services.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology (other allied health disciplines considered).
Current registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA (with the additional occupational health training modules completed)
New graduates and early-career clinicians welcome — comfort with a genuinely varied caseload matters more than years of experience, and we'll train you from the ground up.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build stakeholder relationships as you go.
Organised and self-motivated, with the judgement to work independently in a team that trusts and supports you.
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
What We Offer
Structured onboarding and mentoring, so you're building real skills from day one, not left to figure it out alone.
Outstanding Place to Work Certified culture. Supportive and collaborative team culture that will help you learn what a multi-disciplinary team can do.
Flexible hybrid working, split between the community, the Kingsgrove office, and home.
An organisation with plenty of additional projects to develop professional skills in.
Car pool access, or cents-per-kilometre reimbursement if you'd rather use your own vehicle.
None of the usual gatekeeping around scheme or regulator information. You'll see the reasoning behind decisions, not just the outcome, and build a genuine understanding of how the system actually works.
