Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant CNC2 in Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) to lead specialist assessments, care planning and clinical management for adults 65+ (50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).
The CNC2 will coordinate care, provide expert consultation, and support transitions of care within the Northern NSW Local Health District’s OPMH services, working across primary and hospital settings.
