AKD Softwoods in Tumut is seeking a committed individual to train and develop as a kiln operator in our Tumut kilns team, responsible for operating and loading batch kilns at our site. This hands-on role focuses on safe, productive operation of equipment within the kilns department to maximise productivity, recovery and quality control.

The role offers a rotating roster with day and night shifts on a 12-week cycle (7:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00).
