Peloton Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team on a contract basis in the Red Hill VIC 3937 area, servicing the Mornington Peninsula region. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated cleaning professional to become a valued part of our growing cleaning services operation. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various properties, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the professional reputation of Peloton Property Services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising of residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with client specifications and company guidelines
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently and meet agreed timeframes for property turnovers and routine maintenance cleans
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns observed during cleaning duties
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct when working at client properties
- Communicate effectively with property managers and clients regarding cleaning requirements and service delivery
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain appropriate standards of hygiene
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning services
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning standards
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage multiple properties and flexible scheduling
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift heavy items
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and equipment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between properties
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one (preferred for properties with families)
