Shell House—part of The Point hospitality group—seeks a Head Sommelier to lead the wine program across four venues, including a 2-hatted restaurant. The role involves mentoring sommeliers, building supplier relationships, and shaping a compelling, story-driven wine list for a diverse guest mix.

You will collaborate with culinary teams to pair wines with seasonal menus, manage inventory and pricing, and represent the program at events and tastings.
