Our client, a leading specialist in the custom-cut industry, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join their team.

This is a varied role, with approximately 50% internal sales and 50% data entry. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring accurate information is entered to support quotations and orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders efficiently via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare and support customer quotations through accurate data entry.




- Process and record customer payments.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Deliver a high level of customer service both over the phone and in person.
- Ensure all customer and order information is entered accurately and efficiently.

About You

- Strong computer skills and confidence working with numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Previous sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
