The opportunity
Reporting to an experienced Senior Manager, you will provide operational support and WHS-related assistance to a range of internal and external stakeholders. This wide-ranging role will see you involved in administration, reporting, meeting coordination, policy and document management, injury management support, and responding to initial WHS enquiries.
Selection criteria
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or a related qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in administration, reporting,
meeting coordination, and document control.
- Experience in injury management and/or return-to-work (RTW) coordination will be highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of health, safety, and emergency response requirements in remote and very remote community settings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- High-level computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
- Currently QLD drivers license
