The Associate Agent will support the day-to-day operations of the Property Management and Sales teams, with a primary focus on routine inspections, open homes and property-related appointments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, comfortable working independently and able to manage a busy weekly schedule while supporting the wider team when required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 36 - 40 routine inspections per week
- Complete inspections across approximately 3 - 4 days each week
- Take transparent and accurate photographs of each property
- Record relevant property condition notes and maintenance observations
- Complete inspection reports accurately and promptly
- Escalate maintenance concerns or significant property issues to the Property Management team
- Conduct and assist with rental open homes across approximately 3 days per week
- Assist with prospective tenant inspections and property access appointments
- Ensure properties are presented professionally during inspections
- Manage appointments and travel time efficiently
