THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a Graduate/Paralegal to join our Digital Transformation team and support the development, testing and rollout of AI-enabled legal workflows.

This role would suit a law graduate with a strong interest in legal technology, who enjoys thinking creatively about how emerging technologies can be applied to improve existing processes and develop current ways of working. The successful candidate will be curious, solutions-focused and comfortable exploring, testing and refining ideas as part of the team’s broader digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with lawyers, project managers and developers as part of the team driving AI innovation across the firm.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting a special project currently in the deployment stage of a new redaction tool,



which will involve a high volume of document review and redaction work as the solution is rolled out. Previous experience with document redaction or review is highly regarded but not essential.
- Assisting with the testing and quality assurance of new digital workflows and AI-enabled tools, requiring a high level of attention to detail to identify issues, inconsistencies and areas for improvement, and provide practical feedback to the development team.
- Applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills to help improve the teams workflows and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Assisting with the implementation and rollout of our AI-enabled solutions across our internal legal teams and for our clients.
- Supporting AI training and adoption initiatives across the firm.
- Acting as a point of contact for staff using our AI tools and helping respond to day-to-day questions.
