Ngwala Willumbong is seeking a Complex Case Manager to deliver intensive, culturally safe case management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members with complex AOD, homelessness and psychosocial needs in Victoria.

The role works with NRCH and MSIR to provide outreach, in-reach support, risk assessment, and integrated care planning across AOD, SEWB and related services, with robust emphasis on trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
