Holy Spirit College, Fitzgibbon, in Brisbane, seeks a Head of Wellbeing (Pastoral Leader) to guide our pastoral program and support the school's mission. You will lead Pastoral Leaders, supervise staff, and drive whole-school approaches to wellbeing, behaviour, safeguarding, student leadership and case management of students.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years teaching experience, proven pastoral leadership, and ongoing career development within a Catholic context.
