- Coordinate and record incoming and outgoing trucks, trailers and equipment.
- Track customer vehicles and equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate movements to and from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of what is on site, off site and in progress.
- Monitor stock and manufacturing component movements.
- Assist with stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Follow up outstanding supplier items that may impact production.
- Process delivery dockets, movement records and operational paperwork.
- Maintain internal systems, spreadsheets and records.
- Liaise with Production, Stores, Purchasing, Sales, customers and suppliers.
About you
- Previous experience in stock control, logistics, manufacturing, transport,
stores or a similar role.
- Manufacturing, engineering, automotive or heavy vehicle industry experience highly regarded.
- Robust organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory, ERP or manufacturing systems is advantageous.
- Confidence dealing with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach and willingness to follow things through from start to finish.
