CBRE Asia Pacific in Perth is seeking a Facilities Manager to take full end-to-end responsibility for a diverse retail portfolio across Perth's northern suburbs. Based in the CBD, you will lead FM operations with support from a Facilities Coordinator and a Centre Manager.
You will own risk, compliance and HSE programs across all centres, manage contractors, drive budgets and capital works, and deliver client reporting while building robust relationships with IFM Investors and local authorities.
