SH Jewellery is seeking an Online Jewellery Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to own and convert online inquiries across phone, email, live chat, SMS and social media. You will provide expert jewellery advice, prepare quotes, and confidently close high-value sales.

You will help build online sales foundations—workflow improvements, follow-ups, reporting, templates and customer journeys—while collaborating with e-commerce, showroom, production and operations teams.
