First Quantum is seeking an Engineering Manager to ensure effective engineering delivery for South American projects. You will lead study and detailed design, support construction and commissioning, and coordinate with local engineers in Australia and South America. The role is based in Perth with travel to South America.

You will guide multi-discipline teams, compare design quantities to budget, and drive best practices across engineering houses and consultants to meet schedule and cost targets.
