You will drive D2C growth by executing eCommerce trading initiatives, CRM campaigns, website optimisation, and content management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding online customer experience.

The role requires 1–2+ years in eCommerce or CRM, hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, robust data analysis, and excellent communication.
