- Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a premium or high-volume dining environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
- A warm, engaging, and qualified approach to guest service

- The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
