Coastal Demolitions – Currumbin Waters QLD

This is a hands‑on role based out of our Gold Coast workshop, with the occasional run out to a jobsite when something goes down. You'll be the person who decides what gets fixed, how, and when it's back on the road.

Key responsibilities

- Service and repair excavators and attachments — buckets, hammers, grabs
- Service and repair bobcats and skid steers
- Service and repair tipper trucks and heavy vehicles
- Repair trailers — including repairs, wear plates and structural work
- Service and repair light vehicles and utes
- Perform scheduled servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repair
- Fabrication and welding — repairs, wear plate, brackets, general fab work

About you

- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Plant Mechanic
- Confident welder — MIG and stick at minimum, able to work unsupervised on repairs and fabrication
- Experience across both heavy plant and road vehicles
- Sound diagnostic ability — hydraulics, electrical, engines and drivetrain




- Current driver's licence (HR or HC an advantage, or willingness to obtain)
- Own hand tools
- Someone who can prioritise their own workload and keep the fleet moving without being chased

- $140,000 – $180,000 per year depending on experience and tickets, plus overtime available
