JK Williams Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our civil construction and services team based in Penrith, NSW. This hands-on role partners with operational managers and site supervisors across NSW and QLD, delivering practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle with a robust ER focus.

You'll work in a lean three-person HR team, lead investigations end-to-end, coordinate return to work and workers' compensation, support onboarding, and maintain our HRIS (ELMO)
