Thiess is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and legislation. You will resolve complex payroll queries, mentor peers and streamline processes in collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers.
You will be a hands-on team member, maintaining accurate records, training others and driving continuous improvement across payroll systems and processes.
