Role: Senior Business Analyst (Organisational Design) Up 6 months initialcontract, possible extension Brisbane-based, hybrid options

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead an operating model and organisational design review within a major service delivery function, then support implementation of the future-state structure and ways of working.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operating model review & redesign across multiple teams/stakeholders
- Produce current-state (“as-is”) documentation and analysis (FTE, budget, structure, processes, service catalogue)
- Build a transparent business case for change (risks, cost/budget, timeframes, implementation approach)
- Define future-state (“to-be”) structures, process priorities and service agreements/SLAs
- Create an implementation roadmap, transition plan and process improvement recommendations




- Partner with external consulting specialists and align to a broader change program
