You will uplift systemic risk management, lead safety initiatives, and build leadership capability to meet legislative obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act.
You will report to the Corporate Services Manager and play a key role in coordinating committees, incident investigations, and workforce wellbeing projects to support staff safety and retention.
