Business Manager - Finance and Insurance

Accelerate Dealer Solutions has just secured another exciting opportunity with a new franchised dealer group where we have been appointed to manage and grow their finance and insurance department.

About the role

Accelerate Dealer Solutions is uniquely placed with our service proposition where we outsource and manage the finance and insurance functions in a number of high volume multi-franchised motor vehicle dealership groups.

We are seeking an automotive finance specialist to join our growing and agile team in Adelaide. Youwill be employed by Accelerate Dealer Solutions (as part of the Accelerate Financial group) and placed in established motor vehicle dealerships in prominent and strategic locations. You will hit the ground running with high-profile volume brands with excellent new and used car stock supply.

Youwill be responsible for:

Managing the finance and insurance process

Increasing sales and helping the team reach monthly KPI's

Work closely with the sales team to build relationships and close sales

Flexibility of a 5-day working week including Saturdays

Skills & Experience

You will have proven experience in a Finance & Insurance Business Manager role in the retail automotive industry, with a strong understanding of all finance and insurance products. You will be ambitious and keen to increase your income level which might be limited in your current role.

Duties and responsibilities

The Finance & Insurance Business Manager is responsible for assisting vehicle sales customers with advice and sales of appropriate financial and insurance products, and is expected to play a pro-active role with significant customer interaction at multiple stages of the sales process.
