Schedule: Full-Time (Australian Eastern Time Zone / Day Shift)

Budget Range: Competitive Market Rate + Performance Incentives

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven, commercially minded, and execution-focused Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager to support outbound sales growth alongside our Head of Partnerships & Marketing. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging Australian companies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning offshore staffing solutions as a scalable growth strategy. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, appointment setting, CRM management, and assisting with end-to-end business development activities.

Primary Tasks:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage Australian businesses experiencing staffing shortages, operational bottlenecks, or growth challenges across industries including construction, healthcare, logistics, travel, property, sales, customer support, and administration.

Outbound Sales Activities:

Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other sales channels.





Discovery & Qualification:

Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, business pain points, operational gaps, budgets, and urgency levels. Qualify leads and identify high-potential partnership opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM updates, follow-ups, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting to ensure visibility across all active opportunities.

Partnership Support:

Work closely with the Head of Partnerships & Marketing to support sales presentations, proposals, partnership discussions, and client onboarding processes.

Market Positioning & Solution Selling:

Confidently position Filipino offshore talent as a cost-effective, scalable, and high-performing staffing solution tailored to Australian business needs.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, follow-up activities, sales reporting, and handover documentation for recruitment and operations teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless handovers, aligned messaging, and strong client experiences throughout the sales process.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2–5+ years experience in B2B sales

Experience conducting outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline management in a remote environment.

Strong understanding of Australian business culture, communication expectations, and consultative sales processes.





Experience working with KPIs, CRM systems, and target-driven sales environments.

Required Education:

Formal qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field are highly regarded.

Additional certifications in sales, recruitment, business development, or CRM platforms are considered advantageous.
