DP World in Port Botany is seeking an IT Technical Support Coordinator to keep end-user systems running. You’ll troubleshoot, configure laptops, manage devices, and work with the IT team to deliver reliable IT services on site at the Port Botany Terminal.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in EUC support, solid desktop and infra skills, and a knack for automating tasks. You’ll support 24x7 operations and follow ITIL-aligned processes in a dynamic logistics setting.
